CLASS SCHEDULE

Our kick-ass classes are taught by the best coaches in South Florida. All you have to do is show up and put in the effort, we'll provide the motivation and coaching to keep you #FocusedAF on your goals. Stick with us and you're guaranteed to see results.

We're not just about working out... we're about training. Each class has a strength training focus mixed in with cardio HIIT (high intensity interval training). This allows you to work hard every single day, giving you the frequency and intensity you need to reach your goals.

UPPER BODY PUSH - chest, triceps, shoulders

TUESDAY

LOWER BODY - legs: hamstrings, quads, glutes

WEDNESDAY

KICKBOXING

CONDITIONING & CORE - abs, cardio

THURSDAY

6:00 AM         8:30 AM         5:30PM         6:30PM

ASS-CLASS

UPPER BODY PULL - lats, rear delts, biceps

FRIDAY

6:00 AM         8:30 AM         9:30AM         5:30PM

KICKBOXING

FULL BODY - a good mix of everything

SATURDAY

9:00 AM (75-minutes)

BOOTCAMP CHALLENGE - a tough challenge-style workout to kick off your weekend!
